Andrew grew up in the Maryland suburbs outside of Washington D.C. While in high school he decided to experience "The South", found East Carolina University and majored in Construction Management.  Upon graduating, he worked with a nationwide General Contractor and traveled for commercial construction projects in Utah, Oregon & California.

After enjoying 4 years in the San Francisco Bay area. North Carolina came calling again. Andrew and his wife Kady purchased their first home and moved into the historic district of Brookwood in downtown Wilmington. Ever since starting the home buying process, Andrew has developed a passion for real estate and has been actively engaged in market research and investing opportunities. He is excited to help others with the search for their perfect home or investment property at Weaverville Realty. 

Andrew and Kady live in West Asheville and love all the activities the area offers, especially; hiking, concerts, breweries, and exploring the small mountain towns.

In addition to being a Licensed Broker / REALTOR he holds a North Carolina Limited General Contractor License and is a WELL Accredited Professional & LEED Green Associate.
